Graduate Students

We have 1-2 PhD positions each year. Interested students should contact me no later than September.

We also have multiple positions for Master students each year. Please contact me before September or after you have been admitted to Tsinghua SIGS.

Students with the background in one of the following areas: Physics, Optics, Materials science, Chemistry, Polymers, Thermal sciences, Engineering, are strongly encouraged to apply.

We welcome students with a Master degree to apply our PhD program. Prior publication is not required, and the Master degree does not have to be thermal-related.

Postdoctoral Candidates

We seek candidates with a strong expertise in III-V semiconductors, optical techniques, materials science, polymer science, and thermal sciences. Please drop me your latest CV and discuss potential projects.

Research Assistants

If you missed the admission season, research assistant may be considered as an interim position before you registered as a Tsinghua student.
